I had a few things missing from a order and when i returned they apologised profusely and gave me the missing items as well as offering a free pizza. not saying you should all go out and say they forgot something but if they ever do they will apologise and make sure it is smoothed over.

Great pizzas and awesome service. We always love dominos. Even at this store the experience was nice. I forgot to get her name but the lady who worked on Friday evening 10th March 2023 is the sweetest and nicest person I have ever come across in customer service. She was so polite just from the moment we entered to pick our order. The order wasn’t ready yet but she made sure we are aware about the time frame as well. It was just her WHOLE ATTITUDE AND VIBE that made me remember her face. You don’t often experience this level of politeness these days so THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

We ordered and picked up a spicy veg supreme last night, at 8pm (21.03.2023). The lady who served us was brilliant! Have never met a nice and helpful person working at Dominos like her and we have been to many dominos in the last four years while travelling Australia. She has blonde hair, was obviously working at the front. Not sure what her name was, the receipt said “Ella”. The pizza was delicious too, again the best pizza we had at dominos ever!!

Awesome pizza. We ordered on the app after leaving the airport and when we arrived they hadn’t made the pizza yet, they quickly made them and had them in the oven for us. They were fresh, hot and delicious. We will be back when in need of a quick meal when in Launceston.

Pretty basic service, ordered online and got 2 pizzas, a garlic bread and a lava cake. Mistake was ordering a lava cake, because when it arrived the lava cake was broken and leaked out of its box and all on to the pizza below. The delivery driver handed it to me and took off without saying anything. I actually had to wipe the box down first before I could even open it. The pizzas weren’t even cut properly so I still had to rip them apart. They were quite tasteless too.
