Gave us the wrong wings, knew they were incorrect and just let us have them. Then turns out we received an entirely wrong pizza too. They were all doughey and undercooked. Not going to bother ringing just to have to drive all the way back for pizza that’s just as bad. Doubt they offer refunds.

I won’t be getting pizza here anymore the pizzas here are burnt, small & stale, the delivery can sometimes go over a hour the pizza (pictured below) looks disgusting $20-30 for a pizza that looks like this, I’ve even seen a video from this domino’s of an employee coughing on his hands and then rubbing it on the pizza thinking it’s funny & the other pizza shops here aren’t even that good either, I’d just make my own pizza from scratch from now on

I has never been here before so didn’t have any expectations. I walked into the store at the correct time my pizza was predicted to be ready. I was not acknowledged for at least 4 minutes and I was looked at several times by the staff. Not even a “Hi, won’t be long.” When I got home (3min drive) there was no vegan cheese on my pizza and it was cold. As an experienced hospitality worker (I also worked at dominos in my younger years), this is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had and I would be embarrassed if this was the experience that people were having at my workplace. Waste of money. Bad tasting pizza too. I might as well have made a much better pizza at home.

There are wood-fired pizza oven places with skimpy serves, and generous topping pizza shops like big River and Marco Polo’s in Smithfield… Then there is good value Domino’s.
