Just had the worst experience. Waited 40 minutes for and order that was made by one of the machines. We chose the option for it to be brought to the table. After this time and seeing people who entered and order after us we went to see what the hold up was only to find it had been sitting at the counter. It was handed to us after being there for goodness knows how long. Burgers and fries were cold asked for a replacement which we were given but they too were just warm. Afterward we had monopoly tickets for free sundae or apple pie when to the counter to get a sundae to be told they had no ice cream which would be fair enough if we hadn’t seen many people walk-in out with ice cream was it just because they were free who knows. I don’t visit McDonald’s Grafton often and it will be a long time before I think I will return.

Wow! Not sure what to say. Whether this place had just been busy or it was business as usual but we would have to say this is the most unimpressive McDonald’s we have ever been. The whole place just needed a good clean and staff members drinking drinks at the counter seems to be an unattractive look for customers. I would think twice as making this a stop on anyones travels maybe it’s perfected for the locals but if you have standards as a traveller avoid this place at all costs and spend your money elsewhere !!@ I would rather give this place ZERO stars than recommend anyone stopping here for food, drinks or using the toliet!

McDonald’s here has bad service. The service you expect. Don’t expect it here. Ice cream machine never work, even though there are 2 of them. Food is not even properly made. waiting times and time management are not good at the drive-through, as multiple cars are let go in one lane, then the other.

Terrible service, slowest maccas around. Drive through is so slow you actually age whilst waiting for meal. Yes it’s Maccas but that means a standard you can generally rely on as a franchise. Management are not monitoring the staff. AUG 2023 update. Was quiet but food was good and service, well self serve.

Customers wanting to go here need to know that this McDonalds is located high above ground level as it is located in a flood area. This means you have to climb a double set of stairs to get to the restaurant. It has one elevator but it was broken down.(no surprise). They do have a drive through which was very busy because no one wanted to use the stairs. Inside, the restaurant was empty, apart from 2 or 3 young people, most likely because if the stair-only access.

Filthy! The toilets had urine all over the place. Every single table was dirty. The two managers on duty looked miserable with on wearing horrible fake lashes she could barely open her eyes. Very unprofessional and gross!

This new self service is not at all people friendly, a real challenge to navigate. The staff assistant at the machine wasn’t even able to complete our order correctly. We ended up with one coffee instead of 2 & weren’t able to get macaroons on that same order. Where to now McDonald’s? We witnessed several seniors absolutely confused & one of those couples walked out & told us they wouldn’t be back as it was to much trouble. Total confusion! Often seniors are not tech savvy. We felt really sorry for them. We also struggled & we are IT trained & tech savvy.
