My stomach is BEGGING for mercy after eating here… BEGGING. My go to pizza place was closed, so I thought I’d give dominoes another chance following my last bout of food poisoning last year. BIG MISTAKE. There’s something wrong when Domino’s tell you can’t order over the counter you have to order online, I didn’t realise this Domino’s was so wealthy they knocked back business. Well I won’t be ordering online from Domino’s, I will call into crust or deluxe and order over the counter.

Numerous incorrect toppings across multiple orders. Finally fed up (pun intended) I asked for a refund on one wrong pizza (total cost of $7.50) out of 4 T(otal cost $30) . After 15 minutes on the phone the best they would offer was store credit whilst admitting they had realised they made the mistake. Obviously, the issue isn’t the cost, its the poor customer service after they made the mistake and the failure to take account of customer loyalty. Time after time we have put up with incorrect pizzas, sparse toppings and missing toppings but the one time we looked for some consideration (remember they take a photo automatically of every pizza ordered now so they know I was telling the truth) it was denied with no regard for ongoing and previous custom. This is not and should not be taken to be a rant at the staff who i am certain are doing the best they can, but to the owners who created this policy. When you fail to look after your customers they will fail to look after you.
