WORST STORE EVER. may as well shut the place down. I have called 15 times in 10 minutes with NO ANSWER! so I have now placed a online order which has not been delivered nor has it progressed within the online tracker… I also paid extra for a 20 minute delivery its been 36 minutes…. I have spent $40 on food that I have not received and your staff have not answered ANY OF MY FOLLOWING 6 CALLS TO SEE IF MY FOOD WILL ARRIVE! The store closes in 5 minutes.

This has got to be the worst store for customer service. First time I ordered from here I had cash and selected the ‘I need change for $50 option’ and the guy rocked up and gave me all small silver coins in change. The next time they took over an hour to deliver my order on a Sunday night and my house isn’t far from their store. Called to ask where it was and they just said “it’ll be there soon”. Last night I ordered one of the MyDominos boxes and ordered the chicken bites as one of the sides and got garlic bread. My pizza also wasn’t cut!! I called to complain and Noah who answered the phone said “well we’re not gonna send it again, best I can do is offer you a coupon” which I accepted. Still haven’t got your coupon Noah! Do better Dominos.

Ordered 2 pizzas and after over an hour waiting and not hearing anything we called them and they said “yeah it’s kinda busy, we’re not even gonna start making your order for another hour or so” instead of notifying us when they realised it was going to take so long. Also, when asking for a cancellation of order being told it’ll take 5 days to get our money back.

Have been a regular customer only because they’re local. Very hit and miss. Received last two orders wrong. No chicken on our chicken pizza, 3 brownie pieces instead of 6. The store never answer their phone. Mostly poor customer service, staff argue alot infront of customers. There are so many bad reviews on here and only get cut and paste response from the owner. To the owner, I suggest hiring new staff if you care about your business.. to customers, I recommend not buying from Domino’s Biggera Hollywell

Tonight I ordered a Godfather pizza with anchovies. No idea what I received but it definitely wasn’t a Godfather and definitely did not have anchovies. Also the pizza was poorly cut, as usual from this store. The girl responsible for cutting appears to have a bad attitude and no personality whatsoever. Extremely disappointing.

Last night my partner and I ordered pizzas. Went in to pick them up and was greeted by a very emotionally fragile young female and behind her a rack full of pizza boxes. People were waiting for their pizzas, then the man to the right with a hat on with badges attached to his hat started verbally abusing all the dominoes workers in front of all the customers. It was mayhem, the young girl or the guy cutting them didnt even know whos pizzas were whose, it was a mess. After sitting there for a good 30 minutes we were given cold horrible pizzas that werent even cut. The pizzas tasted horrible but the atmosphere in your store was worse. I wont be returning to this store ever.
