This store is an old favourite of mine. We have been coming here for twenty years and it’s very consistent. We love the mature lady who works in drive-thru, she’s a rare gem with a nice smile and happy attitude. The young kids do a great job and the store has been well maintained. Quality, service and cleanliness is great overall. The playground is good and the store is appropriate for someone with a disability.

Team member taking order was also having a conversation with another team member, so what should have been a quick order was reasonable time to order but almost 3 times as long to pay by card as his conversation was more important than totalling the order and tell the customer when to tap to pay.

Busy store but always clean and the staff are polite and quick to serve. The only area for improvement is staff walking orders out to parked cars can never seem to wear those HiVis vests properly (usually barely hanging off one arm) don’t seem to accept it’s for safety and not a fashion statement.

give my order drive through. The lady (manager) who was taking order was very unprofessional. Her voice and tone was very aggressive while she was taking order. I was very polite to her and asking for something but she was in very rush and aggressive towards me. To be honest food is good but manger’s behaviour was ridiculous, very bad. The other girl who was on checkout and handovers order, she was very nice and polite.

My personal experiences at this McDonald’s store have all been really good, I haven’t had any issues with my orders and the staff have been great, the food has been good and freshly made as it should be, service can be a bit hit and miss sometimes at McDonald’s but with this particular store so far so good.

PAKENHAM McDonalds. Serving staff polite but not enough of them. Had to wait quite a while. Two staff members on a break sitting in the dining room. Not a hood look. The dining room floor was filthy and in need of a good sweep n wash. The tables could have done with a wipe also.

Can’t complain about the service as there was no problem but I really didn’t enjoy my coffee today as it didn’t taste right. It had a floral taste about it as if someone wore too much perfume/cologne & it went into the coffee. Whilst I know this is a silly notion it seemed the only explanation.
