My family had a mix of vegans and non-vegans, so when we were booking, we asked if they had any vegan options. The restaurant accommodated and served us some fantastic vegan dishes. The non-vegans in our group were also pleased with their meals, and we all enjoyed the excellent service. It was a great dining experience for everyone.

Best steak in the Gong…nailed it at Medium rare. That deserves a clap itself. The condiment/sauce offered nicely balanced the meat Very different from usual options. Decent serving size – thank you ! (I hope this aspect never changes)

Lovely atmosphere and dining. The food was almost perfect but found it to be slightly overpriced for serving size. Our main issue was that the service was very slow, although the servers were very friendly.

Fish and vegetables next level. The $89 steak was very ordinary in so far as it was tough. So much so I needed to change my steak knives 3 times. I would definitely go back and recommend but should have sent back rib eye.

It was an exquisite experience. This has become my absolute favourite. The staff is very friendly. Especially the person who served was super nice. I loved the ambiance. And the star of the show was their steak. Tried their dry-aged Ribeye and the Wagu steaks and I enjoyed every single bite. The price can be expensive but It is absolutely worth it for the quality and the dining experience. I will definitely recommend it to all!

We arrived about 15min early for our booking and were greeted by very friendly staff who were apologetic that our table wouldn’t be ready until our allocated time. There is no bar to have a drink at while you wait but we were happy to hang out near the meat ageing locker and “stalk our prey” so to speak.

Went there for lunch for the first time today. Can I just say I will be coming back. The beef bourguignon was absolutely divine, it was flavoursome, melt-in-the-mouth and the sauce reduction was superb. I was transported to France when I took my first bite. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Well done.

Armed with a $100 dining voucher, we knew in advance it wouldn’t go far. Debutant offers aged beef options in its menu amongst other protein meals. The restaurant is small and its tables are uncomfortably close to others making for conversations to be overheard. The service was excellent, maybe too many check ins during the service. Our meals were lovely, meat cooked to perfection, mouth watering and flavoursome. When ordering the aged beef options, they do not come with sides so you must order separately, the Paris Mash was creamy and rge garlic mushrooms were tasty and excellent options as sides for our meal. As a bonus, White Rabbit Dark Ale was on offer and I couldn’t resist. An enjoyable evening, expensive but a great experience all the same.
