While it was cheap, the crumbed fish was terrible dry tastes like dried chicken breast. You know when crumbed only it is not freshly prepared. Also some of the chips were not fully cooked. You wait outside and charge credit fees. So where to eat inside. Not worth $12.90. Avoid!

Incredible value take away with massive serving. The best fish and chips we have had in years. HIGHLY recommend. We got the fish for two pack. It was enough for at least 3 and it was so so so good.

I have edited this review from 3 years ago from 3 stars to 5, i have frequented here a few times in the last month and it was awesome! Great service, great food and a proper choice of soft drinks, juice, energy drinks and other drink types. The price wasn’t bad for these days, plus the view of the water is beautiful!

Just had lunch there. from all items ordered, not a single one was right. milkshake is diluted, tartar is sour, barramundi is old, chips are overcooked to being completely dry and salad is swimming in vinigar. Atmosphere inside the cafe is uninviting.

We ordered $70 worth of food for four people. The price shocked us but we figured there’d be plenty for everyone. THIS IS ALL WE RECEIVED FOR $70. We ended up going to another takeaway shop because we were all still hungry. Disappointed and annoyed is an understatement. Never again.

Really good service and amazing burgers, shakes and chips! Hot foods are very yummy and gelato is delicious. The reason why you loose a star is because things are very high priced especially if i’m paying money for well cooked food but very small potations of it :(, But keep up the well done cooking.

Fishermans basket for 2, you have two different prices in different parts of the store for the same product, if you sit down at the cafe its $46 while in the take away it’s $29, service wasnt great and pricing was just wrong for the quality received, will go next door to bombora in future.

At a very convenient location next to the beach. Prices were decent compared to others in tge vicinity. However, the chips ordered along with the fish were not crunchy, there was no salt and absolutely tasteless. The chicken schnitzel burger as well was tasteless. Except for the schnitzel and lettuce there was nothing in the burger. Wouldn’t recommend this place if you wanted a tasty meal after a nice time spent at the beach
