D.Vino is the name of the intimate 35-seater. Drawing inspiration from European hospitality (particularly the wine bars of Piedmont in northern Italy), D.Vino’s menu will feature tapas-style shares as well as innovative a la carte options, with a focus on seafood and nods towards Italian and French cuisine. This will all be backed by a lengthy wine list totalling 200 labels (encompassing Italian and French wine as well as a few niche Australian producers) and a small collection of cocktails. The interior will feature bar and table seating, with an atmosphere reminiscent of a relaxed dinner party propelled by a tasteful mix of lounge music and saxophone house.

We love visiting Italy, love the food, hospitality and service. D’Vino offered us an authentic Italian experience at home here in Brisbane. The modern Italian cuisine was delicious, we had help navigating the extensive wine list to choose well for each course, and the service was professional and friendly. We also loved the ambience of the space and gentle atmospheric lighting. Loved the artichokes to start followed by the wagyu agnolotti in burnt butter and sage. We will definitely be returning!

My Partner and I have dined several times in the past months to this restaurant. Its relatively new and a real hidden gem. The restaurant is decked out beautifully with intimate lighting and soft music as you enjoy the ambience whilst dining out. The staff are absolutely lovely – friendly, respectful, doting and willing to assist you in any dietary requirements you need. The cuisine is Michelin style. The wines are selected by the owner himself, he has a great knowledge of wine and knows how to match your individual needs. The dinner is very good value for the quality of food and service you receive. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to have an enjoyable, intimate evening out with their special loved one(s). You won’t be disappointed. Well done Da Vinos! Will be back many times again.

We came here on a Friday evening, eager to try some good Italian wine and enjoy some tasty snacks – and D.Vino did not disappoint! We shared a lovely bottle of red wine, recommended by the owner – and enjoyed a leisurely meal (by choice – we intentionally took our time!) The food was sensational – simple, delicious Italian fare with a French influence. The staff were friendly and attentive – I recommend a seat at the bar to watch the chef in action!

Food was generally nice but unfortunately felt over priced for serving sizes. Our parents were disappointed with the fish serving and felt dishes were over salted. the bread wouldn’t serve more than 2 people for $16 and sides (potatoes/veges) were small so potential to increase carb portions without increasing food costs to the kitchen significantly. wine options were broad with good knowledge from service. They did provide limoncello complimentary after mentioning the disappointment in the food which was a nice gesture.
