I’ve only been to Cross Roads a few times as I don’t always work in Burnie however I wanted to leave a review because the customer service here is 10/10! The staff are always warm and friendly. I wanted some kiss biscuits and there were none on the shelf, the lady went out the back and got me some even though the shop was flat out & just today I went in and had an arm full of things from Spotlight, and the gentleman behind the counter offered me a bag. Apart from the service the food is always fresh and tasty too! A great spot to grab some lunch in Burnie!

Just about the best little tucker shop there is, I quite literally brought property close to it so I can walk there with the dog to grab lunch and eat at Oakleigh park a stone throw down the road…. Can not recommend enough to go grab some tucker there you will wonder why no one sent you sooner as the prices are insane for the quality and service.

I love coming to get lunch here. Until the yesterday when this lady asked me if I was okay, I told her I had already been served but hadn’t paid as I’m getting something made fresh so I’d be happy to pay if she wanted to put it through the till. I decided I wanted something else and the way she snapped at me I was nearly going to tell her not to worry. I could tell she was mad about something and it made me mad because I really wanted to ask for a coffee but her attitude made me feel threatened. If I ever see her again I will wait for someone else to serve me. I’m not dealing with that.

Great lunches Ranging from a salad sandwich to a big fat Burger. Awesome homemade potato cakes as well as a large variety of fresh hot and cold foods and drinks. Highly Recommended for that lunch break.
