I really enjoy the half chicken and chips combo at crackerjack. Also, their nuggets, although relatively expensive, say compared to McDonalds across the car park, are absolutely amazing and worth their price. Occasionally the chips can be salted a bit too much.

If there was an option for half a star I would have chosen that. I rang crackerjack to simply get some chips, maybe $20 worth of chips. When the girl answered the phone the first time there was no crackerjack chicken highfields it was just her name . I asked to place an order and promptly got put on hold, one the girl realised her mistake she took me off hold (and this is where it gets good). Instead of apologising and continuing with the phone call she simply said “oh shit” then hung up. After this service I will not be back to crackerjack and I will not recommend it to anybody. Take your business somewhere where the staff are trained professionally instead of kids who don’t care. AND when I spoke to the so called “Owner” on the phone got told I was lying because the staff had told her a different recollection of the events. Extremely unprofessional behaviour from both the staff and the “owner”
