I went into the toilets and smelled a very bad smell when I went into the stall there was no paper towels and toilet paper and there was a chunk of poo on the ground. It looked very chunky and it was very large. I nearly threw up and left eminently . do not recommend eating Maccas floor poo it does not taste as good as it looks.

The only reason it gets 2 stars instead of one is because some of the employees are nice, good people. However I frequently get wrong orders from here, especially through drive thru. Rarely happens when getting it from counter – I live far away so by the time I’m home it’s too late to get the order fixed. I’ve also noticed they seem to be closed earlier than the opening hours stated quite frequently. I would understand an order being messed up when busy but half the time they have messed it up there has been not a single soul in the line.

We’ve been there on and off since it was first opened. Never have we seen it in such a terrible state. Dirty floors, rubbish lying under furniture, tables and chairs unwiped, fluid leaking from bins and a Children’s play area that is an absolute disgrace and totally unhygenic.

Awful, they never have the food you’re wanting and a rip off as they are way more expensive than other MacDonalds in the area. I’ve ordered a few times from here but everytime they haven’t had what I’ve wanted or had to give me something different after paying. Really disappointing.

From what I heard, I believe her name, was Erin or Ericka, one of the managers. She was the most incredibly rude person I have ever seen. Giving all her employees a hard time about nothing when they’re clearly trying their hardest. Every time I walk into the store she’s having a power trip. I understand she’s trying to keep the store in order, but you don’t have to abuse your staff psychologically to do so. I hope she gets sorted out one day. What a miserable person.

It just took me 24 minutes to go through the drive through, there was one order being fulfilled every 2-3 minutes. Macca’s is supposed to be fast food, if I wanted restaurant wait times I’d go to a restaurant and get much nicer food in the process.

Waited 25mins for online order. Approached counter and waired further several minutes for counter staff to acknowledge that I was there. When finally got the food it was no longer hot as it had been sitting in the packing area for most of the time I had waited. Service was very poor. This store is usually quite efficient

WRONG ORDER EVERY TIME !!! Unfortunately the only McDonalds in Highfields, but the staff are always flat, they seem annoyed and over it all the time and there’s not one bit of warmth or friendly customer service. Not even a smile. I’ve been coming here for 1 year (as we have no other) and it’s the same every time. The food is ALWAYS cold and they often get the orders wrong. I don’t like giving bad reviews as we all have ‘bad days’ but after the same service delivered all year I thought it was time to give some feedback.
