How disappointing is it to buy hot cakes and find out they’re not even hot… Seriously though, 1 job to fo and couldn’t even zap the pancakes to hot. FFS, however the coffee was good and actually hot. I understand I won’t get my money back so here’s my review travel to the next maccas.

bloody awful I tell you. In the time I was able to pump fuel, buy and eat a wrap, and go to the toilet, the food was not even prepared. I kid you not it took almost half an hour and when we eventually got sick of waiting and asked at the counter for our food they had already forgotten about and haven’t even began to prepare! good prices for 40 nuggets though but I would not be purchasing food from here again.

Terrible service this morning. Ordered cheese and tomato toasted sandwich but I got cheese only. Took it back and they opened the sandwich and put cold tomato slices on it and gave it back. I took it back again and asked for what I ordered. The lady asked if she could just put the sandwich back in the toaster and I asked her to open the bag and have a look at what I had been given and would she be happy with that. She then said she didn’t want to waste food. So I suggested that if that is the case then they should get the orders correct in the first place. I got a new toastie but no apology or anything. Terrible service!

Desperately needed an allergen free snack on a very long drive, a McDonald’s salad was the only option. Every time I’ve bought a salad it has been inedible. Lettuce is always rotten, if you’re lucky you get one slice of stale dried out tomato and that’s it. I often drive hundreds of km and spend more than eight hours driving, when I stop for fuel and food this is what I get. You’ve got an opportunity to fill a gap in the market, but instead you choose to charge people six bucks for inedible food scraps that belong in the compost. Wish I could get refunded cos they’ve always gone straight into the bin and I’m left very hungry and annoyed with absolutely no alternative

A much need coffee pit stop. I chose McCafe over the independant cafe in the pit stop area. Ordered and happy to wait for a $3.45 Macchiato. After walking outside and having a taste, I threw the macchiato in the bin. Dissapointing and disgusting burnt coffee. Barista obviously has no idea or training to adjust the grinder.

McDonalds Traveston – Ordered two cappuccino’s with extra shots. Coffee tasted like warm milk so we took them back – only to receive another two coffees that tasted like warm milk. Worst coffee ever and complete waste of money as we had to throw them away.
