Can’t fault this place. My partner and I visit regularly (a few times in a month usually) from Adelaide and we never have a bad experience! Tonight just topped it for us. We had the rump steak and swapped our chips for mash (staff were so accomodating) and ordered the side of vegetables. Food was absolutely amazing!! Better than any steaks a pub we have in adelaide has had to offer!

Last night we held our first educational clinical dinner for the York Peninsula community and I couldn’t speak highly enough of the professional and friendly staff. We were looked after right from initial booking with Laura, to setting up the room with James and the staff were always smiling and happy. Food was excellent and the wine list was perfect, I highly recommend coming down you won’t be disappointed! As for the view? Outstanding!

Specifically booked a table for 2 at the window. For a special dinner. Confirmed with the guy twice upon booking that I wanted a window seat only to arrive and the window tables were all occupied with walk ins. Not good enough. Told we could have another seat but not what I wanted. No complimentary drink or garlic bread or anything. Just “sorry” and passed the blame onto other wait staff. Would not recommend this place for a special occasion where you can’t get what you asked for. We travelled all the way from Victoria for this experience. Not happy at all.

I went to the Coopers Alehouse twice on the weekend and I was very impressed with pretty much everything. Firstly, the place is massive with a large bar, large sports gaming area, large dining area, and pretty big outdoor dining/chilling area and a big modern pokies room. Everything is in top notch order, except the outdoor area needs a little bit of sprucing up (but still quite serviceable). The food was exceptional, both meals for me, and the lunches the rest of my family enjoyed. I had an absolutely superb steak that just managed to beat the excellent brisket I had a day earlier. The location is superb with beautiful marina views, and that outdoor deck must be sensational in Summer. Service was outstanding, lots of staff and they were terrific.
