Grilled fish was more very thin with a lot of batter, Souvlaki was lacking in filling & minimum chips appeared to have shrunk (dramatically) The taste of everything was good though. They seemed to be struggling to take phone order names correctly too.

This place was a great little fish and chipper when we moved into the area 6 years ago! Unfortunately it has just changed owners for the third time since then and has gone down hill. After getting home with our order tonight we found soggy chips and potato cakes and I’m talking soggy!! How the fish wasn’t soggy I’m not sure. We rang and they asked me to bring them back and they’d cook fresh ones, so I did. However on returning to the shop all they wanted to do was defend themselves and argue with me! They eventually cooked fresh chips and potato cakes which were ok in the end. They tried arguing more and threw in a couple of smart arse comments as I tried to walk out. Won’t be going back, not worth it!

Used to be really good food however chips and potato cakes are soggy and yuck. Called to let them know and they asked us to bring the food back where they argued that it was normal. Didn’t want to recook fresh chips as they said food goes soggy within 5 mins of being wrapped up. New food cooked was crunchy and hot and nice. All in all soggy food and rude staff! Will not go back.
