Thank you. Fantastic customer service – even called to check on a Gluten Free topping for one of our friends for whom we were ordering. Order arrived on time and everyone I spoke to and delivery person were helpful and friendly. First time we have ordered from Pizza Pan and all our friends, including us thought they were delicious. Pizza pan blows me away each time I order. The lovely front staff which is largely female driven are always friendly and welcoming. The pizzas are delectable and me and my kids have made a habit of coming weekly!

Order from here over Domino’s most of the time. Quality is usually really good (have only ever had one pizza soggy in the middle) and the service is friendly. The schnitzels they make look really good too Shame their cheap day pizzas just went up $3 though.

Tried Pizza Pan as an alternative to Dominos and had been blown away by the excellent quality after three orders so far – best pizzas ever! Ordered again tonight and it was like a different pizza shop had made the pizzas. They were greasy, sloppy and missing ingredients (like the BBQ sauce on a BBQ Chicken Supreme). Couldn’t finish the pizza as it was just horribly sloppy and fell apart in my hands as I picked it up because the base was so wet. I’m hoping this was just a one-off occurrence perhaps due to new staff? I’ll give them one more try before I go back to Dominos. C’mon Pizza Pan, where has that quality gone?
