This Maccas is a total scam. Every time we have gone there we are missing an item we ordered. Unfortunately we do go there as a last resort because we are coming home from sports so every one is really hungry and in a hurry to get home. However finding that there is a burger or fries or our pack of nuggets missing is extremely frustrating. It’s gotten to a stage where it is so ridiculous i wonder if it’s a ploy to scam the customers in the hopes of charging us for it but not giving us the items so they can profit from it. The last time we complained all we got was “oh we are sorry” but no credit. This time I immediately called the store and the girl checked my order and gave me a store credit for my nuggets. I hope they will honour this credit because if they don’t I’ll be making a complaint to consumer affairs because I am sick of this stores scamming attitude towards their customer.

I ordered 2apple pies and only got one which wasn’t an apple pie it was a berry and custard. This is not the first time I’ve not been given what I ordered other times I have been missing burgers but thought I would give it another shot,never again! Please get your act together.

I was a little surprised you have to use the screens to place an order and can’t go to the counter like you normally can, which for me being young is totally fine and I prefer it this way, no rushing and can make the order exactly how you like, however I can see a number of others, especially older people, having trouble with this and not liking it. Even my parents aren’t old and they still prefer ordering at the counter, but I’m sure there is help available for those who need it.

Had 3 of the worst cones we have ever had handed to us. The girl at serving handed it to us and shut the window as quickly as she could before we could say anything. I had to knock on the window to ask for some serviettes as my hand was already covered in icecream. Pretty disappointing
