Stopped in for dinner while staying at the caravan park. I really appreciate the effort this restaurant put into having a range of interesting vegetarian options. That’s rare in regional towns! The sweet potato fries were awesome. The tempura avocado tacos were nicely prepared, but the “dry slaw” on them seemed to just be plain shredded cabbage and carrot? I would’ve liked a bit more sauce, or another layer of flavour, or something like that to really elevate the meal, but as it was, it was still a really enjoyable bite! The staff were also friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Definitely worth stopping by for a meal. We ordered the seafood platter, some fish and chips, the beef salad (shown here) and a few burgers. The coleslaw provided with the meals was incredible, and the seafood platter was certainly very good, as was the beef salad. The burgers and fish & chips were pretty ordinary – not bad, but a little dull compared to the otherwise excellent food. They also had a live band playing which was great. Will be back.
