Food was nicely prepared and served in a standard amount of time. Overall decor and atmosphere is impressive, despite the slight lack of customers present at the time. Personally the restaurant is underrated, and the meal was pretty fine 🙂

Homely atmosphere. Restaurant was half full during peak dinner time. Food is subpar. Got Peking duck, hot and sour soup & mapo tofu. Peking duck was okay, it had pickled carrot in it which is not how it is traditionally served. Mapo tofu was flavourless, zero salt was added. Hot and sour soup had too much vinegar in it overpowering everything, it is also the first time I’ve had hot and sour soup with frozen green peas in it. Definitely would not be back.

We have been eating here for the last 12 years (except during the pandemic). We have been twice so far since and have found that the quality and the service we used to really enjoy is totally gone. The food is a empty shell of what it was. Omelette was over cooked which they tried covering with watery gravy. Even they forgot to bring my wife’s meal out until we asked them how much longer. They finally bring it out when the rest of us had already finished our meals. For the cost of the meals you would expect a bit better. Never coming back sadly. How others say it’s still the same
