We went there to have a family dinner night to celebrate our son’s birthday, as we have had good experiences in our past visits here. We booked the table in advance.

Last night we decided to try this restaurant for dinner. Called them before hand and asked if we need booking, staff told me that its Sunday and no need, just walkin. But when arrived it was full and busy. I understand sometime you get unexpected rush, but when approached front staff for table i was rudely told we are busy. I was happy to wait for half an hour, but that staff behaviour just put me off. He was rude and wouldn’t give a sh.t. End up going to next door Miss Pickle where staff members were more welcoming. You guys might be serving good foods, but need to work on your basic customer service.

As a family restaurant, they should pay attention to cust safety, however they don’t provide standart baby chair. They use portable chair or whatever that is and stick it to adult chair, which is super unsafe. It doesn’t provide support for small baby as it does not hold the baby properly. I mean, standart ikea high hair is cheap.

Ordered take away dishes including thick soups. A good vegetarian options available in their current menu. All dishes are kinda Cantonese style with lots of veggies. A bit pricey though.

Ordered beef chow mien and ended up with burnt noodles, had to throw out half of it as all you could taste was a burnt taste. The meat and gravy was rather salty too. Not at all what we were expecting for dinner, it was very disappointing. On speaking to the restaurant, we were told this is how it is served for extra crispy noodles (we asked for an extra serve of crispy noodles, not extra crispy noodles).

Always good food. The Prawn spring rolls were magic. Soups were good and we had Sizzling Mongolian with good quality veg. Good quality reliable place to go. Plus we met Ronny and his wife.
