Imagine my horror upon arrival home to see there was no meat in the burger (not to mention one sad strand of lettuce). We went to the trouble of driving back (and waiting in a long drive thru line for the second time) to be asked ‘did you want meat in the burger?’, well yes it is in fact supposed to come with meat! Pretty horrified they didn’t offer a refund for the inconvenience either. Customer service clearly not what it used to be at this conglomerate

Ordered a happy meal and frappe in drive thru at 5am on a Saturday, wasn’t busy. As per usual standard at any maccas these days was sent to the waiting bay. Waited and waited and waited. No one even came out for about 10-15 minutes and there were two other cars waiting at that stage. A girl comes out with a toastie and coffees so obviously not ours and we’ve been there the longest. Turns out nobody ordered those. After another ten minutes my friend goes inside, completely ignored until he started to get impatient and was acknowledged. Says we didn’t get our food. A woman with a bad attitude argues that she gave us our food to the point the manager makes us wait while they go through cctv footage (all for a happy meal and drink). They then see we didn’t get our meal. No apology, no attempt to upgrade our meal or offer anything to stop me from writing this bad review.

Tried to order some food at one of the kiosks and eventually found out it didn’t do tap & pay – you can only insert or swipe credit card. That’s fine, cancelled to go back and try to print the order and then, yes , everything was gone.

McDonalds at Mill Park, definitely past what I remember it. I remember coming here as a kid getting Happy Meals and playing in the large playground from the late 2000’s to early 2010’s and that playground was different then. Now, it’s just a place I’m going to avoid and here’s why.

This Maccas used to be my go to but the last month or so I haven’t been impressed, went in to the store one day to see most of the drinks weren’t working only like coke and sprite were working. Frappe machine always seems to be broken. Food has even gone down hill. Highly disappointed you guys have gone down hill the last month or so!

Typical McDonald’s store. Food and service are as good as any other of their stores. Convenient location. Actually, in the car parking lot next door, they sometimes have classic car meets, on Saturday or Sunday mornings, the owners let you have a look at their cars. The only negative is that toilets have been dirty the few times I’ve been there.
