The service has gone terrible recently. It has happened a few times now. I order something online and when I go to pick it, the staff look confused and start looking here and there. Then someone points to a screen and then they start cooking it with no apologies given. What exactly is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait?

Very bad customer service at Forest lake. We ordered a few meals and when we arrived home one was missing. Went back and meal was given but not very apologetic instead they said it was our fault for not getting the drink ourselves when that was not mentioned at the time of payment. We ordered an extra meal specifying the pieces of chicken we wanted. When we got home the order was wrong again. We called them as we couldn’t go a third time to get the right meal and they kept saying it was our fault and hung up on us. First and last time there…the Vale has way better service.

We went there for a quick after school snack. Bought some chips and a fried chicken piece. The chicken was freshly cooked and succulent. It was not overly salted in the seasoning and coating-a nice change from the other fried chicken brand outlet. We bought a family meal there too with a large coleslaw. We found the large coleslaw was more expensive and much smaller here. But quite a satisfactory meal.
