Purchased 2x classic wraps combo’s lunch today. Warm drinks- apparently fridges not working, wraps- horrible, straight in the bin! Lettuce that old taste, obviously not refrigerated. Toilets not in use. Should have just closed the store till everything fixed, waste of $27!!

Very disappointed in today’s experience. Went through drive thru.Had a chip as i was driving out of drive thru and it was stone cold. Went into store to get replacement. Those chips were luke warm almost cold and got home to realise they hadn’t given me the drink for the kids meal. I had one unhappy little fella on my hands. Take away is a rare treat at our house so very disappointed today.

Possibly the best customer service I have received at any food outlet and I honestly dont say this lightly. Didn’t get the young ladies name but on being served through the drive thru the young lady was polite and patient walking me through the menu.

I ordered chicken roll combo the roll was just mush chips missing when I rang to complain employee very rude and didn’t want to listen to me told to sort out with delivery company even though it was your error won’t be coming back

Ordered through Menu log. Order took over 30 minutes for less than 5 km. Food was very very cold. Never answer their phone. Food could not be eaten. I had to go hungry that night. Driver very very rude. No offer of help or anything.
