Great Mexican food in a great location. The views from the windows overlooking Bondi give this restaurant the perfect beach vibes to go with their excellent food. The beef tacos were the surprising best of the lot. The michelada was good, but needed a bigger glass.

It was a perfect dinner at Calita after a walk along Bondi Beach. Ceviche and octopus tacos were absolutely perfect for me with a Mango Margarita.

2 very good cocktails, 5 tacos that tried to be exotic, and authentic, but just weren’t great. An ok thrown on salad, sparkling water $110. Its an nice place, but this group of restaurants (taquiza, carbon especially, Sonora is the best of the bunch) need to work on the food…the rest of the offers’ components in all their places are pretty good.

Dined in, and was absolutely horrified at the experience! We arrived to an empty restaurant were the staff were eating and drink at a table, then proceeded to give us the exact table they had gotten from without even wiping it down. The Staff were too busy on their phones to take orders for majority of the night, watched 2 other tables have to get up to get attention to be served, but even more surprisingly we were horrified to find not 1 but 2 cockroaches had also stopped by for dinner!!

cute little Mexican bar across the road from the ocean. Great little selection of mezcal is a plus and their watermelon goat cheese salad is very refreshing. great for a afternoon warm up before you head out to party.
