With Ross Dobson, Chef and cookbook author in the kitchen of Cafe Royce, you know you are in excellent hands. I had the ricotta hotcakes…omg! They were so fluffy and had such a delicious flavour. The hot chocolate was also divine, served in the most beautified made cup and saucer.. The service was excellent and the space is bright and airy. I cannot recommend this Cafe enough
