The fish (cod) and chips were good. Chips were crispy and appear to be home-made and not frozen. The sizable bit of cod was slightly overcooked but the batter was mostly thin and crispy, but there were sections a bit stodgy. The crumbing on the calamari was thick and a bit oily.

Honestly SO worth the visit! Chips were so well cooked along with my fish. Has everything you want from a fish and chip. Can highly recommend the curry sauce too!

Really enjoyed my fish bites and chips with curry sauce. The chips are definitely hand cut in house, so don’t expect them to be crispy. They are, however, tender, flavoursome, and creamy. Dad really enjoyed his steak and kidney pudding meal, and mum liked the battered cod. Very nice place, would definitely go again.

Ordered one portion of fish bites with chips, one portion of medium chips and one portion of large chips. The medium portion of chips was delivered mixed in with the fish bites and chips. Due to allergy to fish and vegetarian we were unable to consume the chips that were mixed in with the fish. Phoned restaurant to complain but they would not accept that they had done anything wrong and thought it completely acceptable to wrap two separate items together. They were oblivious to potentially fatal food allergies.
