I went to this restaurant hoping for a delicious and satisfying meal, but I was disappointed by the food. It was quite expensive for what it was, and it lacked flavor and freshness. The service was good and attentive, but the place was so loud that I could barely hear my companion. It was an OK experience, but nothing to write home about. I don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon, given that the food was not extraordinary and the price was quite high.

Mouthwatering Italian food to rave home about. The pasta here is served very al-dente, as it is in Italy, and is perfectly seasoned. You have to order the caccio e Pepe, but everything on their menu is delicious. Highly recommend to take advantage of their specials – the Fratelli is a must-try (light and crisp savoury donut with truffle honey and Parmesan). Next order the scamorza – caramelised grilled aged cheese that stretches for miles and melts in your mouth. Then ask for the house made chilli sauce to pair with your pasta. The staff and owners were lovely. Dear ‘Pedro’ and Marcello, we will be back!

Food was good but the service was not nice at all. They were rushing us to eat, no interaction and cold people.

Update 2022 – as this place isn’t as popular as few years back with so many new pasta spots in town. But that’s a good thing – easier to make a booking even walk-in. And the food and service are still amazing. This is how you tell its a good restaurant.

Definitely a ‘must go’ for Italian/pasta lovers across Sydney. The place itself is actually really small with around 10 tables (at least that we could see). With that said, it doesn’t feel cramped at all, so the atmosphere is nice.

The cacio e pepe was sooo amazing and they spin the pasta around in the wheel in front of you when they serve it!
