The most amazing restaurant we have been to in a really long time. All the staff were so nice and accommodating, they let us change our table when we arrived to something better positioned. Robert the owner was walking around and sparked conversation with the 2 men in our group and then proceeded to bring us out a little dish free of charge that was from our culture.

Great French food at an incredible location. I have been to a few restaurants at Hunter Valley and this restaurant has one of the best views. The service here is top tier. We had a relaxing and enjoyable time celebrating a milestone birthday here and will definitely come back again.

My georgous partner and I enjoyed a lovely experience at Molines. The space is charming: light filled, atmospheric with beautiful views. The menu was diverse and I would have been happy to sup on every menu item. Picture a crispy Hunter Valley sparkling, sumptuous lamb brains, gorgonzola stuffed figs and ousso bucco after an delicious creamy punkin soup amuse bouche. Service was warm and prompt. Go there. It’s lovely.

It’s clear why bistro Molines is a popular destination for many, the restaurant is beautiful and very nicely situated over looking a small valley. The lamb and pasta were stand outs amongst the mains while the baked figs excited me as an entrée. The only criticisms are for the seating options, not very comfortable and too many flies around. The drive up the dirt road was also not very fun.

Peaceful, relaxing, and exquisite dining experience in the Hunter Valley. Food was excellent, the main portions were generous and meat perfectly cooked. Dessert was a heavenly experience, the pannacotta is the best I’ve ever had.
