Ordered classic beef burger and truffle deluxe and it came out pretty quick. The onion ring Le were fresh and crispy but fried felt like beef more seasoning in it. Classic as always so good with their Betty sauce but truffle burger was a let down. Both the burgers looked good but truffle didn’t taste as good as I thought it would be. Atmosphere was nice. Service was friendly. Price reasonable. Maybe coke needs served in bottle as the cup once is all watered and no gas.

Came here on a Friday night around 6pm… bad timing as it’s across two theatres it’s very popular with the theatre crowd before the show, so keep that in mind otherwise you might be waiting in line for a while. Nevertheless, you can expect the good old reliable quality service and burgers that you get in all other stores. My go to burger is the Betty’s Double and it didn’t disappoint.

We had a reservation elsewhere but the venue was packed and we feared being late for Hamilton so we headed to Betty’s for a speedy dinner which ironically had a waiting list for a table but fortunately as soon as we had ordered at the counter one became available.

It’s a bit expensive obviously(what isn’t these days?) The fact you have to pay an extra dollar for tomato sauce when it should be included especially with the prices you are paying is definitely taking the piss a bit, in this day and age where people are feeling that they are being squeezed financially at every turn, I think this is a misstep from corporate and Betty’s would have much more of a loyal customer base if they just showed a little compassion. That being said the quality is consistent and they do make good burgers.

Great consistency in quality of burgers across their stores which did fantastic. Betty’s Burgers are truly great, fresh ingredients, simple menu, all done really well and with a cute diner vibe. The Betty Deluxe burger with bacon and cheese is surprise, the special sauce taste so good. Onions rings are crispy and not only, and the strawberry milkshake is tasty. Probably a bit too much to half a burger and milkshake as quite filling, maybe next time I’ll drop the side
