Look. I adore Benvenuti. It is my favourite restaurant on the planet and has my favourite dish. But I moved away. And since coming back the quality has declined dramatically. Food doesn’t taste as good. And tonight it took two hours and fifteen minutes for a pizza to be delivered. I wish it would go back the way it was. Feels like nobody cares.

New owners I hear. Six of us enjoyed our lunch. The gnocchi was beautifully light with a tasty sauce. The service has greatly improved with the staff obviously well trained.

We ordered 2 chicken neopolitana with veg it was a very expensive chicken palmi, with tough and stringy thin crumbed chicken fillet cold potatoes and veg, we had a large tomato topper which was ok for tomato puree spread over a pizza base, a very expensive glass of wine $10 and a bottle of beer $9.50 lol, and a single hazel nut and chocolate desert all for $114 bucks. Thankyou very much lol. Definitely would not recommend for the price.
