Flavours are a contemporary blend of modern influences ranging from French and Asian through to South American. Cordon Bleu-trained head chef, Federico Rekowski and sous chef, Steven Pham focus on showcasing locally-sourced, seasonal produce through simple and delicious recipes. With many dishes using fresh produce from the on-site kitchen Garden your food miles are guaranteed to be very low indeed. A wonderful dining experience, more expensive than other lunch options but the meals are worth it. Decent meal sizes, especially the side of chips – wait staff were friendly and helpful and the gallery was lovely to look at while eating. Meat was very tender and sauces were flavourful. Quiet atmosphere, but suitable for talking and the food arrived at a consistent rate.

One of the best restaurants in southwestern Sydney. Food is always delicious and lots of local ingredients. Highly recommend dinner where you get share entrees and choose a main. Make sure you leave some room for a delicious dessert. A good selection of drinks available at reasonable prices. You won’t leave disappointed.

Fine dining menu that has been thoughtfully put together. I really enjoyed the fresh bread and sample entrees. My duck was tender and tasty. The complimentary garden salad and miso baked cauliflower were also great. Great value for only $55. We will be back again!

Enjoyed a lovely dinner here last night for my birthday, and the food was absolutely wonderful. The set menu is reasonably priced, and the portions are generous. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, and overall just a great experience here. This is definitely a hidden gem in Liverpool, and we will definitely be returning.

A hidden gem in unassuming surrounds, let the food do all the talking. We dined for lunch on a quiet Saturday. The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived. Being located inside the Casula Powerhouse gives the indoor dining option an immensely open feeling. The entree of lightly torched cured Kangaroo was tender and well seasoned. The main of pork belly was succulent and crispy, paired beautifully with grilled peaches and chilli plum. The desert continued to impress. The strawberry cheese cake deconstruction was stunning. Each course was impeccably presented and the flavours well balanced. The seasonal menu changes regularly to match the fresh food grown on site. A must visit! 5 stars.

Lovely little cafe. The food was great but we had to wait a while as there was a large group being served at the same time. The presentation of the food was ok compared to other photos I’ve seen in the reviews. I would come back and try other dishes. Maybe next time I’d give them 5 stars. The service was good
