We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our Wedding Recovery. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, special event, or just a gathering with loved ones, Barbados is the perfect place for fun, relaxation in a beautifully designed setting. Justine, Wendy, and the whole Barbados team were incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive. The food was outstanding, and the drinks list complemented the occasion perfectly. Having worked in the Events Industry for years in different parts of the world, I can confidently say that my partner, family and friend, and I were impressed. Our only regret was not visiting Barbados every day during our stay in Port Douglas and not indulging in more of their delicious oysters, which were some of the best we’ve ever had. Cocktails & food & atmosphere is amazing, very beachy, very holiday-esque. Staff are really attentive & friendly & there’s great house music playing. The only thing I’d suggest is better air flow with the day beds- it was really hot & stagnant just sitting there with the one fan only pointing to the couple down the end. Also not an appropriate place to bring children/babies.

Great spot overlooking the Marina. Relaxing day beds to sit, eat, drink early into the evening. Seafood share board was very enjoyable. Cocktails were okay, have had better at other places in Port Douglas. The only service is delivery of your food and drinks which you order via the app, so hard to rate service! It’s not cheap but for a celebration or special night out, well worth the expense

Stunning! We got the day bed and although there was no sunset due to the overcast weather the setting was still gorgeous. Food is great and cocktails amazing! Staff are really friendly and just has a really nice relaxing vibe.

The food and cocktails were amazing however we placed an order for oysters which never arrived, we had to raise this multiple times with staff to no avail and when the order did finally arrive, one hour after we ordered it it was incorrect (one serving instead of two), really disappointing given how lovely the atmosphere was. The staff were somewhat apologetic offering a partial refund for the food however it then took another 20 minutes before the full order arrived, which they blamed on their QR system. Other than that, the atmosphere was great for sunset viewing however they do close at around 6.15pm.

Stumbled onto this place while visiting another shop where the owner invited us down. We loved it so much we went the next night too. Booking is essential, but there are some seats for those waiting. Try the lychee lush cocktail…. Superb
