I went to purchase bread at 6:15 pm on a Thursday night, the store had bread and staff still working, however they told me that they were closed. Meanwhile, they were donating the leftover bread (a large amount of bread), which I think is commendable, but why would you stop serving paying customers????? I observed multiple people turned away….the mind boggles.

Customer service is incredible. I was served by Krystal (might not be correct spelling) and was absolutely blown away. I walked away with more that I was going to buy (not complaining) she was so happy to help and recommend items. I wish all services had people like her.

Now it is the 2nd time I have brought something from there and have had gastro. It is nothing else as I eat the same food all the time. Girl handles croissants with the same plastic glove that she uses to take peoples money. Customer coughing all over the open food samples today. Is simply gross and they need to clean up their act
