Walked in today waited 10 min to not be served or greeted upon walking through the door, patiently waited and read the menu then just decided to leave, the young teen was just wrapping chips and answering the phone completely ignored that I was there, first and last time I’ll be back

Ordered the ‘Family Pack 4’ through menulog which is supposed to contain a variety of fish and seafood items as well as a serving of chips… I DIDN”T RECEIVE ANY CHIPS. By the time i received my delivery, the store had already closed so i couldn’t even call up and tell them. How hard is it for a fish and chip shop to remember the chips? I guess they were too worried about closing the store and leaving then actually providing good customer service or supplying me with what they advertise and what i had paid for. And to top it all off, most of the seafood items were chewy and rubbery.
