This place is beautifully situated overlooking the Swan River, with nice indoor and outdoor seating. The service is friendly and quite efficient. We had the high tea here. It was very generous in size, although a couple of things on the menu we were given differed from what we were served. We particularly were looking forward to a seafood item that was substituted, when we asked, they instead offered us a prawn loaf or something like that and it was absolutely delicious. This was definitely the stand out for us. I did also enjoy the pork belly and cottage pie. There were very generous serves of sandwiches – we had high tea for 2 but I think the sandwiches could’ve served 4. You could tell though that the sandwiches were pre-made as the bread was a bit harder than expected and starting to go a little stale. Likewise, one of the sweets was served in a wafer, but the wafer had gone really soft – that wasn’t enjoyable. The lobster roll served in a charcoal brioche bun was nice, but would’ve been tastier served opened, without the abundance of bread. I enjoyed the experience – some things were really tasty, the serving size was large (but note that the high tea here is a little more expensive than some other places), but there are things than should be improved to ensure freshness of sandwiches and sweets.

Amazing experience last night at ArtofSeafood . Highly recommend going there. The staff were so lovely, the restaurant clean and cozy (heaters were blasting so we were all toasty warm), the food was immaculate and the owner was really kind. Every dish we ordered was beautifully plated, each element of the dish carefully curated and balanced and so fresh.

Best seafood restaurant in Perth. The food is very fresh and prepared by an experienced chef who understands what diners want. The location is easy to find, the restaurant has a sea view for you to breathe or sit inside if you want privacy and romance. The food is like five stars and you will have dinner like at a Michelin star restaurant. Should try beef, fish, lobster as well as desserts. If you propose here, you will surely succeed.

A warm welcome and cordial accommodation of our request on arrival for an outside instead of inside seating. Service from the staff was impeccable and matched a flawless meal. We ordered a range of small servings, each arriving very promptly. Returning to the menu several times to decide what treats and treasures we would try next. The sweet, delicate and tender flavours of the seafood were beautifully blended and complimented by a range of wines and cocktails.
