We dined in last Friday. If you’re looking for delightfully awesome portion sizes, that taste delicious and at a great price, you need to go to Anna’s Restaurant in Stanthorpe!! The service staff were lovely, the atmosphere and Restaurant was so welcoming and the food was so yummy!! We ordered 2 entrees (forgot to take pics, it was eaten to quickly) to share between 4 of us and our mains were mouth-watering! Definitely 100% recommend Anna’s and can’t wait to go back!!

Food was well-cooked and generous portions. We had the stuffed mushrooms & canneloni for entrees and beef marsala for mains, canoli & Pannacotta for dessert. Everything was tasty. Will only go 5 stars when buffet back as a la carte doesn’t compare to buffet. Staff were friendly but hard to get as very busy so we didn’t get a second drink.

If you ever craving for an Italian cuisine when you are in Stanthorpe. Anna’s restaurant is a must to visit. A grandma home atmosphere when you walking in the restaurant. The service is great. The food is a typical mama’s cooking (homie) and big serving portion size. You will leave with no hunger feeling after haha. A place that I would definitely come back to have a nice pasta night.

Look, this place is fine. Just fine. The food was very average and it appears they are compensating for quality with quantity. Though they claim to make their pasta in-house, I very much doubt it, as it is bland and doesn’t taste fresh.

Came here on a Thursday night without a booking. Place was really busy but we were seated without being made to feel stupid for not making a booking, which was appreciated. Lots of options on the menu. Portion sizes were huge. Loved the atmosphere being in a queenslander house. Warm and cosy. I would definitely come again.

Located in an old house in Stanthorpe. The staff were very welcoming & busy. Obviously a popular place. When you taste the food you realize what a gem this restaurant is. The food was delicious & plentiful. We left with full bellies, the last ones to leave but no ushering us out until we were ready.

The moment we walked in we were unfortunately greeted abruptly. Maybe because we didn’t have a booking and there were 6 of us? I don’t know but we did say we cud leave if it was an issue. The lady did manage to find a spot and we were early like 6pm and there was hardly anyone really there. The next waitress that served us was really nice I wish I grabbed her name but she was much better than the first lady. The food……well the servings are massive and that’s probably the only good thing. I had the gnocchi and I really wanted to like it but the sauce was so plain. The cabonara wasn’t great either, the kids got entre size dishes which was more than enough but if was definitely lacking something. Overall the experience wasn’t great, I’d like to try it again if back in Stanthorpe but with other options around I’m not sure that’s going to be possible.
