Food was very low quality. Pad Thai did not taste anything like Pad Thai, Mongolian beef tasted like sweet and sour. Sweet and sour pork had a couple of tablespoons of sauce for the whole container and lemon chicken also was lacking sauce. Combination fried rice and special fried rice were edible but should not have been the star of the show. Over 70 dollars order and had to pay extra for prawn crackers. Thoroughly disappointed with this experience

Excellent and cheap Asian dishes. With a set of Indian parents and a 2 year old, we were quite uncertain how this place would be. But the cook and host made simple dishes and were really good. We cleaned up our dishes. Very nice place.

Firstly let me say that Alexandra is a delightful, clean cut town with a wholesome vibe. Unfortunately we were very disappointed with our meal – we couldn’t find or taste a single piece of lemongrass in the Lemongrass Chicken, and it reeked of fish sauce instead. The battered pork was 90% batter and it took surgical precision to uncover the actual meat. Vegies were overcooked. Please Alexandra citizens, if you enjoy the food here, post a review, I don’t like criticising businesses and would rather these guys lift their game or receive the affirmations of their more regular customers.

Simply terrible, such a long wait and had to have my order confirmed 4 different times. The wrong order came out, then they missed a dish. So many frustrated customers waiting for orders. Staff friendly enough, but that’s irrelevant given the issues.

Remember this is a noodle takeaway and not a Chinese and you’re in for a treat. Great food with traditional cooking. Favourite is the wanton soup and the chicken satay sticks.
