Most authentic sushi in Hobart. Yes, other Sushi places offer more variety with greasy meats and mayonnaise but this place has what you typically find in Tokyo sushi outlets. Just well prepared rice and fresh simple ingredients.

This is my favorite place to buy sushi in the Hobart CBD. It doesn’t seem to have as large a range to the other places I have visited. No contest for me when it comes to taste, always my first choice for sushi! Shop also offers indoor seating which is a bonus, some others in Hobart do not.

For Hobart this is lovely sushi, tastes fresh almost always and I eat there later in the arvo so the freshness is surprising, I saw a guy complain about the $10 minimum on eftpos yet he might not realise they only have a $0.18 surcharge which is a nice compromise.
