I’m a regular at multiple Zambrero locations (Biggera Waters, Nerang, Kelvin Grove), and have visited this location several times, but had the WORST experience yesterday (17/9/23 at 4:30pm). The staff member that served me NEEDS to be retrained on portions sizes of menus and hygiene.

Very poor customer service, felt inferior as a female. Male person behind the corner disregarded me giving cash money which I was handing him in for the food which we bought, did not made eye contact and accepted money from our male friend. He didn’t not communicated with me and no reasoning. I disappointed had to take money back, feeling inferior.

Just to start, the service by the staff was immaculate, everyone was on task and the ordering process was very fast and efficient, whilst also helping me decide! The food was absolutely delicious, great meat, avocado and vegetables tasted fresh and was a delight to eat. Clean area to sit at too with great service there by the staff walking our order out to me, was very surprised! Just wanted to thank Molly especially on her great service and enthusiasm when taking my order and serving myself. Great work Zambreros!!

Got a cauliflower burrito, so yum. I love the bean mix and feel like it definitely tastes more fresh and healthier then GYG. Very lovely young girl served me and it was really nice that she made conversation. Keep up the great work burrito artist.

If I could I would give zero stars! Staff need to be trained on how to greet customers. Every single time I have gone to place an order the staff assume that I am an uber eats driver and ignore me until another customer points out that I was waiting in line to place my order before them.
