The young lad serving my husband and I did a fantastic job, you could tell he was training but made 2 mean burritos and was very polite. The reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because of the young lady who was working at the same time who said to the lad half way through serving us that “your so slow, you really needs to be quicker” in front of customers is not the time and place for this and made both my husband and I feel quite uncomfortable. Just want the young lad to know he is doing a great job and learning a new job can take time.

Every time I seem to come in here there are young new employees left to fend for themselves and run the show with (what seems like) no idea what they are doing. I made an online order and came in 15 minutes later to pick it up (like the app said) only to arrive and it not have even been started. They then proceeded to tell me they had no rice left and needed to make more. I had already paid for my order so I waited for the rice, which took an extra 45 minutes of waiting. Something needs to change with the way this store is run, because it is currently run very poorly.

Very friendly staff. Had a fantastic vegan burrito. Recommend the veg burrito: 2 beans 1 rice, all the veg, vegan cheese, half bbq sauce half verde sauce. And VERY IMPORTANT: ask for corn chips in the burrito (it’s free!).

Honestly, more times than not I have to stand there waiting for people swap out pots of things and watch one person order from start to finish before I get served. To avoid this, I tried to start placing an online order. Each time, my order had not been started by the time it said it would be ready, so again stand around waiting. People are nice sure, but the franchise management must be letting them down. I’m coming at just prior to what I assume is peak meal time, 5.30, why are they swapping pots out and telling people you’ll have to wait while this heats up etc at this time? Safety net of a regional town for the owners, but if there was another Mexican option in town, you wouldn’t see me here. Foods fine once you get it, set aside 45mins.
