Horrible service from the 2 girls, given really bad attitude when I asked for salad items and was then asked to pay while still trying to order my meal which I then asked for drinks and received more attitude as I hadn’t decided what I was having in my meal. Received no customer service etiquette from them & extremely bad attitude & bad organisation from the girls for absolutely no reason

A young ginger boy served me this afternoon, he was so accommodating, and oh so sweet. Even asked me how my day was, never would I have thought that young millennials these days could provide such a service. Will be coming back with my husband to introduce him to the young man. I’m a big Zambreros fan and I’ve been coming to this store for the last 3 years and I have to say, In the last 9 months the service has dramatically dropped. I reckon I’ve had something wrong with my order almost every single time and the young staff never seem to know what’s going on. To top it off I found a black hair in my burrito. Cheers guys. I’m a loyal customer but may have to start going to the main st zam.
