Zombrero food is usually always good but staff here at the Bathurst outlet is rude. They don’t even greet you and had a sulking face throughout prepping of the order. Inconsistency with the way they add toppings and will miss adding things if you don’t ask them to.

I came to Zambreros at 8:25 and the door was locked and the girls were cleaning up. This is not the first time this has happened. If you are going to close more than a half hour before your stated closing time, then you need to change your stated closing time to 8:30. This has been a waste of my time and fuel.

Staff, very friendly and understanding, and also very accommodating, with special requests for Keto substitutes, has been the only Zambreros I have encountered who are happy to exchange white rice for Cauliflower rice and not charge me. The serving size was also a wonderful surprise, Zambreros in Hamilton (Newcastle) West Gosford and Cessnock all charge additional $ for half the sized meal. Highly recommend Zambreros Bathurst.
