Ordered 2 burgers, both were wrong (1 completely different burger and 1 is not as per instruction) we took the burgers back after opening them at home realizing the mistake. Decided we wanted a refund as it wasted our time and the burgers were slapped together with no care. They wanted to refund me only one burger even tho its there fault for getting the order wrong and causing the inconvenience of a double trip. No sorry, just attitude. Very poor service. Ps – below is supposed to be Carolina whopper (even had the promo tab punched out on the box)

For fast food, this is consistently the slowest experience in town! Even ordering ahead on the app, I’ve been made to wait 10+ minutes multiple times for simple orders, asked to move my car to the front when it’s not busy, only to wait a further 10 minutes to be told the ice cream machine is broken and refunded the incorrect funds then told to wait longer for the correct change. The staff move slow, have zero attentiveness to customers, it seems to be consistently bad at the moment and I am a regular, well I was.. I’m not sure why it’s gotten worse recently but it’s really a shame

Really nicely put together meal, has definitely improved compared to my last visit some 6 to 8 months ago which left a terrible impression and clearly I wasnt in any rush to return howveer this time not only did every burger item i asked to minus from the normal standard order actually was followed but also the items i asked to add into the burger too. First time in a LONG time for this to be accomplished at any HJ’S in Perth (approx 8 years since my order was actually right and its not even difficult) suprisingly great fast service and also everything was on point!! Fresh chips that were seasoned correctly, burger and alterations correct AND the post mix drink was the correct drink flavour as well as the post mix hadnt run out of syryp or soda at all!!! Wins all round, very rare for any fast food drive thru service these days to get all components correct as well as executed perfectly. Thank you

Waited 20 minutes for my order while they prioritised drive through and gave my chips to those in cars. Whopper was a sad looking burger with stale bread. Save yourself the angst and go further up Beaufort St to Macca’s Highgate instead. At least they’re organised there. Don’t go to this HJs, you’re better than this, unless you have a fetish for poor service. ☠️

I ordered through Uber and had a horrible experience. I waited (and so did the Uber driver picking up my order) almost 1 hour for the food to be finished and ready to pick up. When I received it, everything was so cold and hard. I also didn’t receive any straws for drinks, and I didn’t receive the ketchup packets that were supposed to be with my nuggets. I don’t know what they spent their time doing but this is ridiculous!! I feel like my food was just half slapped together and then sat on a bench for an hour.

This is the second order in a row which they have messed up. On this occasion I ordered a bacon deluxe without tomato. i received $1 in 5c pieces because they had no other change. After 10 minutes I received my order which was a cold burger that has extra tomato and no bacon. They even repeated my order when they handed it to me. How difficult is it?

Great HJs with fast, great service. Went there the other day and was pleased to be greeted by staff member named Mason. Burger and fries were fresh and quick. Ice cream was made well, and not melted. Overall would recommend this store in the future!
