Went here for a late night snack. Kindly asked if they were still open, the employee looked at us up and down and gave us a side eye replying with “Uh yeah? We close at 9 *insert eyeroll*”. Then proceeded to give a malicious smirk. This attitude that we experienced was undeserved as we had just asked a simple question. We felt as if it was due to racist views or just poor poor poor customer service. We felt uncomfortable and very unwelcomed when just trying to eat nachos. The employee last night created a very negative environment for us.

I always order Zambrero and usually good. This time I got my 2 x burrito bowls from Greenacres store with very off lettuce with soft leaves not as normal. In staff opinion the soft and off lettuce are good and refused to remake. Not going back to this store again.
