We came at about 6:30pm on a Sunday. Zak was the kindest and most generous kebab store owner we have ever met. He turned on the lights to the back restaurant part so we could more easily find the bathroom and gave my partner and I some fresh crunchy chips and shaved meat while we waited for our HSP and Kebab. $14 for a mixed kebab and $19 for a HSP was very reasonable! The kebab was loaded with meat and fresh salad so full it could barely close and was definitely enough to fill one hungry person! We would keep coming back for the service and quality of the food

Visited this place for a takeaway after reading all the great google reviews and for the first time ever I can confirm that each one of those reviews is spot on. First impressions – The place was clean and well organised, it’s in a quiet location in Lalor and hence wasn’t very busy. The owner himself attended and was super friendly and you could see him putting his heart and soul into what he does. He was confident of his product and even gave me a little sampling plate which was divine. His HSP is truly the best I have had and my family seconds it. The sauces, the meat and the quantity all are top notch.Well done Zak you have truly won me over.

We’ve been coming to Zak’s since he first opened and feel lucky to have such a great kebab place close to home. He is always smiling and friendly and the food is great, with serves being very generous. This place is a hidden gem in Lalor and you should do yourself the favour of grabbing a kebab and a serve of chips (or my favourite, the Lamb HSP!)
