Great experience! Food is at reasonable price, also I can feel they prepared the meat carefully. Customer services is definitely 5 star. I feel really respected and welcomed. I asked if hojicha latte could do no sugar, they explained to me patiently and even apologised. Overall, I will absolutely go second time third time fourth time and would like to bring my friends there.

Amazing Japanese Gem here in Vic Park. Some high-end menu options (you can get Japanese A5 Wagyu and truffle on everything) alongside moderately entrees and mains. We had Gyoza, Tuna Tataki, Truffle Fries for entree and Chicken Kaarage & Salmon Bentos for mains. Incredible

Decided to try Yuuma at the last minute – me and my partner saw the menu online and went to sample it. Went in and the place wasn’t super busy at first (only 1 waitress on a Tuesday – friendly and efficient) – got really busy after a few minutes but service was always on the point and fast. Started with a Tuna Tataki (didn’t find any Sashimi on the menu as a main) – came fast and freshly prepared. We ordered the Unadon bowl and we were surprised by the amount of eel we were served, fragrant and flavoursome. The Margaret River Wagyu Steak in the Premium Bento was cooked to perfection and melted in my mouth, truly an experience to have. The soft music in the background was on point, would have loved a less bright environment but we will be definitely back to try the A5 Kagoshima Wagyu next. Well done Yuuma Team – keep the consistency and quality and time and customers will reward you (I don’t recall giving 5 starts to a restaurant lately but well deserved here)

Delightful eatery serving delicious bento and udon meals in the heart of East Vic Park. We went on a Saturday for lunch so traffic and parking was quite heavy but with multiple parking options this wasn’t a real problem. I chose the chicken karaage bento and was delighted with the batter and meaty chunks of chicken. Wise woman(my wife) ordered the Pork Belly bento and shared only a small piece of pork belly with me, so I’m guessing she loved her selection. Ah Boy had the Salmon steak bento with an interesting shiso blueberry topping. Ah Girl had the braised beef udon which she commented as delicious. The onset egg that came with our dishes (yes, even the udon) was perfect and jiggly! Definitely recommended and will return.

Lovely Japanese fare in a cozy and atmospheric restaurant. I would definitely recommend it for a date spot. While the menu offers expensive and high grade wagyu options, they also offer affordable under $20 bento boxes. Great presentation and attention to food.

Had a fabulous dinner at Yuuma. The food was outstanding. The only negative is the booking was limited to just over an hour for 6 people – felt too rushed. Will definitely be back

We ordered salmon and karaage bento boxes for dinner. The service was efficient and it was a busy night, so we had to wait for a while for our food. I love their karaage as it cooked properly and the onsen tamago on the top of the rice was nice too. The salmon was okay. We’ll be back to try different food

This place is now my most fav Japanese eatery in Perth. I think 4.3 score is way underrated. I’m Japanese and was really impressed by the quality of the food, tuna bowl is really awesome and seriously one of the best one I had in my life. Price is quite affordable given the quality. Watermelon squid was also amazing. Can BYO Japanese sake from the liquor shop on the street.
