I love YiSushi so goddam much this place has never let me down. The portion sizes are massive and the price is amazing for what you get. I recently moved back to the area and the first thing I did was come back to YiSushi. I love this place more than any other food joint.

Overpriced Japanese, there sashimi is pretty average and for the price is such a rip off, I got 7 pieces for $14 and not a nice cut either. Udon lacks flavour as well. Would recommend Ohnamiya much cheaper and great flavour.

I visit this place fairly regularly, since it’s situated close to Coles and has decent opening hours. Their curry is fantastic, very much on par with the Japanese curries I have tried at significantly more expensive restaurants, or made at home. For the price of most things here, you get a good sized serving and it’s made fresh and hot to order. One year I sprung a birthday party on this restaurant – myself and 15 or so other people arrived without giving them notice (sorry!) but they didn’t bat an eye, they quickly rearranged some tables and were happy for my party’s custom. I am grateful this restaurant is set up where it is, and as I write this am already looking forward to visiting there again.

Ordered the teriyaki chicken don and asked for minimal teriyaki sauce, the food came out quickly, when i got home to eat it… the takeaway carton/bowl was saturated in teriyaki sauce, and the rice was clumped and almost looked glued together. Csnt say ive ever eaten such a poor dish before.

Food is aqtually really good, staff is blant, unfriedly and obviously not enjoying their job. Its not all about the food, customer care is just as important. The person behing the counter did not even give you the courtesy of a look while ordering. Shame coz again the food was really nice
