Most underrated restaurant in Hobart IMO. The dumplings are fine, but don’t go there for those. It’s the spices of the Xi’an province cuisine that makes this completely different to your usual Australian Chinese. The “lamb burger” is the single-most delicious food item I’ve had in this city. $8.80. Unreal. The BBQ on Fri and Sat nights is great too.

Excellent food. The dumplings are tender and juicy, the ‘Chinese hamburger’ is crispy and succulent, the noodle dishes are filling and so silky. Very generous portions and a wonderfully calm atmosphere.

Best Chinese in Hobart? I can’t actually answer that as it is the only Chinese restaurant I’ve tried in Hobart. But this is pretty legit. Biang Biang noodles are excellent.

This is my frequent go-to restaurant for Xi-an region foods. The Biangbiang noodles, cold noodles, and pork burger are highly recommended by myself. I agree with some of the reviews that their name is not very accurate. The dumplings are only a very little part of their menu.
