Went there yesterday to get some icecream for my kids and after waiting in the queue for quite some time, finally got served only to find a long blonde hair jumbled in one of the icecream cups, I felt sick in my stomach and asked the girl to replace it as she pulled the hair out, she was quite nice so no issues there but 2 other staff members ( young girl with colourful hair) and another girl by the name of Amelia started whispering and giggling amongst eachother as they kept looking at me, I have never felt so disgusted, belittled and embarrassed in my life before. I will not be ever recommending this place to anyone.. highly disappointed
