Very pleasant venue, good service, a little bit expensive for small amount of fish and some salad (described as “extra salad” as substitute for chips: but an ordinary sized serving of salad can’t be much less). Many buy from their take-away counter & eat in the park for much cheaper.

Terrible customer service. Bought food from them and was told I wasn’t allowed to sit in the restaurant area even though there was no one sitting there at all. The chips were okay at best. Also they gave my friend a faulty ginger beer.

The worst service experience ever. Was told I could order at a specific counter and had to exit to the lowly take away counter. While waiting for ages for the food to arrive we were no allowed to sit under the cover area because that was reserved only for eat in customers. Rude staff and a terrible experience. The food was over priced for the quality. Will not be returning ever!
